i have filled form out lots of times with all information needed including

xbox live id ( which should prove its my account)

bank details ( which should prove its my account)

yet microsoft still does not accept my form , no one is able to help on web chat all they do is give tips how to fill form out.

i could do with some help as microsoft is a dead end.

im just going round in circles .

why is the form not accepting my application with not enough information. its a common problem i see on the search.

usually, some accounts are locked for unusual activity also update any outdated info you have for account backup emails or phone numbers.

I believe is due to too many failed attempts to log in as I had an email regarding unusual activity. As soon as i saw the email I successfully changed my password but ofcourse it is now locked
