    hello I'm unable to connect to xbox live because of my account being locked due to purchases. my error code was 80153021 I've tried updating my billing on my microsoft account but I can't get it to text my phone. please reply soon as my psu on my pc is going
    bad forcing it to restart every hour or so, and it's nearly impossible to troubleshoot on my phone.

    My need help with my account suspension

    My account, , was suspended and locked from purchases due to a billing issue, and was sent here from the account suspension moderator. I would like to know how to rid of the suspension and enjoy the 3 months I bought at Safeway.

    Can't authorize payment method

    My best guess as to why my account was locked is that the following occurred.

    1) My default payment method was a debit card that my bank reissued due to a security issue

    2) Whenever I attempted a purchase the authorization was attempted on the card that had been reissued and led to multiple declines

    3) This led to my xbox live account to be locked from making purchases.

    After the xbox live care team re-enabled my account and allowed for purchases using credit cards this issue was finally resolved.

    My Account is from US but appears Mexico

    no nothing can be transfered between accounts

    and no ms points are locked to the region they were purchased in due to differences in currency

    not sure why you set the account to mexico

    and no region is a default option

    so did you create this account ?

    Yeah, my last case wasn’t solved. So don’t lock it. Unreliable and non helpful mods 😂😂

    unauthorized purchases due to a family .ember isn't a valid excuse for refunds beyond the first one

    You should've followed the advice of the support person and locked your family out of the account
