    Account Locked Due to Making of Multiple Accounts


    Has anyone ever experienced continuously locking of your account due to making a lot of Microsoft Accounts? I want to know if anyone had a similar issue. On another account besides this one I am using currently, I made multiple accounts on an Xbox One S and it kept locking each of the accounts I had put on the device. I currently have no way of deleting those accounts and forgot their password... would I have to wait 2 years for them to be deleted to access my main account again? If so, this is stupid security! It right now continuously locks the account and have no way of play video games in peace. Has anyone had a similar issue like me, and recovered from it, or no?

    Can't authorize payment method

    My best guess as to why my account was locked is that the following occurred.

    1) My default payment method was a debit card that my bank reissued due to a security issue

    2) Whenever I attempted a purchase the authorization was attempted on the card that had been reissued and led to multiple declines

    3) This led to my xbox live account to be locked from making purchases.

    After the xbox live care team re-enabled my account and allowed for purchases using credit cards this issue was finally resolved.
