Account keeps disconnecting.

My brothers account disconnects from the internet every hour or so. Every time it happens he gets kicked out of his game and we have to restart the console. It happens on my xbox AND on his xbox and it only happens on his profile. Its been like this for
about a month. I have no idea what could cause something like that to happen so any information would be helpful. Thanks

Account keeps signing me out

My Xbox account keeps getting signed out of live but not disconnecting from the internet anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Try using an Ethernet Wire and connect it directly to your xbox if re-downloading your profile does not work. Also it can be a malfunction in your router or your xbox. If the problem still continues i would have ether your xbox or your router checked.
