Account issues with Microsoft Minesweeper

I have been trying to play Microsoft Minesweeper on the same account as the account with my Xbox Live profile. However, this is not the primary account for my laptop and minesweeper has just automatically signed in with the primary account for the laptop.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app while signed in on both accounts with no luck. I have since downloaded a few other Microsoft games with no issues there and I haven't been able to find any settings on the game to switch accounts.

No way to log in with another MS Account?

Same issue.

Logged into windows, email, etc with account A

Logged into xbox app. with account B.

Microsft Solitaire logs in with account B (correct).

Microsoft Mahjong logs in with account B (correct).

Microsoft Minesweeper logs in with account A (incorrect).

Microsoft Sudoku logs in with account A (incorrect).

 

Minesweeper does not support logging in under a different Microsoft acocunt then the current account

I normally play Minesweeper and sollitaire games under my private Microsoft account. Occasionally I use a work related Microsoft account to login. Sollitaire lets me still use my private Microsoft account (and store the results). Minesweeper does not although
it almost seems to support it.

 

same problem here, the app always login to the main account, the "solution" is to NOT have a main account, instead, have a local account (your computer wont be synced anymore) but the every single app will ask you which account you want to use, but this
is a bad solution, as now the computer is not synced...
