Account Issues. I can't login

Hi. Today I tried to play normally and when I tried to log in to my account it was loading infinitely. Previously I did not change my password or anything similar. It didn't help me to restart the console several times. I tried to verify if I could log
in normally to account.xbox.com but upon entering my usual email and password, ANOTHER ACCOUNT WAS CREATED. Then I read in xbox support that for a login problem I tried to remove the Xbox account and add it again and with that it would be fixed, that I did
BUT IT WAS NOT SOLVED. Now every time I try to log in from my Xbox and enter my email and password, the new account appears. HELP! Obviously all the games I've bought disappeared.

My correct user is "CaseKinkajou646"
The new user is "ThreeSnow334421"

I emphasize that it is the same email and password in both

I been getting the same issue, just can't login to use my account at all because of it.

I have the same issue, I bought Minecraft for my sister under 13, created an Xbox account for her and she can't even login into the game, only the web web browser, there's no settings we can change into her account because she can't login in the game itself,
only in the browser, and she can't play online at all

I would try to login to each account individually on Xbox.com (at the top right) to see if you can narrow down which account is giving you login issues. If you can't get into an account, goto
http://www.xbox.com/forgot to use the reset tool.
