    Hello,

    There doesn't seem to be any way to get in touch with Microsoft support about an issue with my Microsoft/Xbox accounts.

    The "Chat" doesn't work, and everything else is just links to various support sites that link to each other.

    I have tried everything that these sites says, so where can I actually get in contact with a real person?

    I want to transfer my gamertag on one account to another account. I have tried doing it with my xbox 360, but I only get an error message saying to check out xbox.com/accountswap.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello, and thanks for the reply =)

    The "Current" account do have an azure subscription, which I guess could be the reason.

    I can see that this may cause an issue with the "self service" option through xbox 360, but I believe it's possible to solve this if I got in contact with the right support person at Microsoft.

    I live in Norway, and I would prefer if I could email some customer support service through a ticket system, (since I can make myself better understood in writing).

    Do you, or anyone else, know of one?

    Can't buy any games, redeem any codes, access billing, and I don't have an order history

    You need to get it touch with the Microsoft Support to check what's the status of your issue. It might be that you had a previous account and you don't remember that you had one.

    To get in touch with the Microsoft Support, go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus and the press on Contact Support.
