    Account is suspended on MLK day


    Hi, our family xbox account has been suspended on MLK day of all days. We played NBA 2k and a man harassed us with bad words and we sent him a bad word back and got suspended for it. We apologize, but we are unable to see any form of suspension on the xbox enforcement website, nor can we seem to contact anyone on this matter. It has been a few days now and we are unable to enjoy the games we have purchased. We also weren't given any indication of when this suspension may end. The enforcement website says our account is in perfect standing so I am unsure how I am supposed to settle this matter. The gamertag is MLShep if anyone from a microsoft team can look into this, or if anyone can provide any sort of contact information.

    Unfortunately the enforcement site has been down. Until that is fixed, it is not possible to see information about the suspension or submit a case review. You can try contacting support and they can ell you how long the suspension is, but they will not have any further information. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    I'm late to the party, but GTA V is brilliant.

    I haven't played this game in a while because I got tired of not having anyone to play with and the constant griefing online, but I realize why it's such a great game.

    I'll add some of you (back) onto my friend's list so we can play it together some time soon (I'm free all day today, and tomorrow as well, on account of the MLK Jr. holiday). ;)
