    Account is signed out when the consol is turned on


    My son has been having a problem with his profile since he's had his console. When he turns his X box one on, sometimes (not always) his profile will be signed out and he needs to sign back in with his password. His sign in preferences are set to no barriers,
    the Internet up and down, and ping speeds are OK. Any ideas?

    Green box flashing when the console is turned on

    Hey guys ive recently bought the new 250gb console and it is a week old, Went on today and a green box flashes bottom left corner, then after about 10 seconds it just freezes, Can anybody tell me what i can do or what i need to do? Ive tried doing the memory
    sache thing but it freezes before i get click on it!

    Green box flashing when the console is turned on

    Is this when you are trying to turn the Xbox on or when starting a game? Also try unplugging the Xbox from all connections, take the hard drive out, put it back in, and hook it up to see if that helps. Could possibly be a bad connection.

    Changed password but won’t let me sign in

    Make sure the account is signed out. Do a full power down by holding the button for 8-10 seconds, remove power cord for 30 seconds. Insert the power cord and turn the console on so it will have to re-sync your account when you sign in.

    Sign out of the account instead of turning the console off and sign back in.

    Then go to settings and try again on the Xbox itself instead of the website.

    I have been trying to install Red Dead 2 and it keeps saying insert first disc and i don’t know what this means as i only have one disc and am 58% through.

    When I try to pair them it says “Turn on your console and sign in with your account.” I have my console on and signed in but nothing is popping up.

    No,i never sign out when i leave from my room, to be honest,the first thing i do when i turn on the console is to log in, and then,i never log out, i just turn off the console.

    Problems saving

    Try turning off your console, sign out and then sign back into the account you are facing issues with.

    Then see if it loads your save data.
