Account is 'locked', please help!

If someone could help me it would GREATLY be appreciated. Here's the situation:

So after a couple of years of going unused I started using my Xbox 360 again because my PS3 broke. I decided to get the live membership on my old account
[Mod Removed], gamer tag is 'Mitcheeta') because it had all my achievements and Halo rankings (especially for Reach, it's such a pain to get ranks in that game). Now I tried to change the accounts email to something more recent but that's when
I found out I couldn't manually sign into the account! My Xbox 360 signs me in automatically so I didn't even know. I thought maybe I had forgotten my password (but I had only ever used two passwords for accounts in my entire life and neither worked...). I
went to sign on at the website so I could find some solution and as it turns out Microsoft wanted me to verify myself or something. Now the options were either:

A. They'd send a code to another account. I tried this but the account it sent the code to ALSO wanted me to verify myself and thus couldn't login ([Mod Removed]).

B. I had to answer a question. The question was something along the lines of "where was your mother born?" Now the answer to that question would normally be Toronto but it didn't work. I fear when I made that account (back when I was in like grade 6, I'm
in college now) I didn't actually put the right answer in...

C. I have to fill in some questionnaire. Now this is impossible, it asked questions like "what were the titles of your most recently sent emails?" I haven't used the account in years! How am I suppose to know?

I pretty much gave up at this point and thought it was fine because my Xbox 360 signs me in automatically regardless. I just hoped it would never ask me to manually log in... As it turns out it did like the next day for some additionally security BS (seriously,
what's with all the security? Do people actually have sensitive info on their hotmail accounts... Sorry I'm just super salty over this). Now I can't login and my Xbox Membership is wasting away.

If someone could tell me what to do or, better yet, if some amazing Microsoft employee could somehow remedy this online that would be a God send. I'll call Microsoft too IF someone can confirm they CAN help and it won't just be fruitless. I have really bad
anxiety over the phone so I'd rather not if possible... Please someone help or just say outright I'm
[Mod Removed]because then I'll just begrudgingly make a whole new account and get another membership (I really hope this isn't the case, I really don't want to lose all my collective accomplishments for the system).

Sorry but no one on the forums has access to your billing info.

Contacting support is the only way to deal with billing issues

xbox apparently locked my billing account. Says I have to call them but cant. Can someone help me out.

 

Have you tried either calling support or xbox support on twitter?

 

For this issue I recommend contacting Xbox Support on the phone, they should be able to help you out.
