Account is locked, can't play at all

Hey guys,

So my account got locked because I was asked to insert a password, I didn't get it right too many times.

I tried to reset the password, I was asked to insert the last 4 digits of my cell phone number, but I keep getting the same error :

There's a temporary problem with the service. please try again. if you continue to get this message, try again later.

I've been trying "later" for over a week and still nothing helps.

Is there anything I can do? this password reset should be so simple, yet it doesn't.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your account. If the recovery process, Lost password solution (Link) does not
work for you, there is also information on how to get in touch with Support by chat or phone. They should be able to help you out.

Sooo, just an update.

I called them today...you were right, that was a Case number.

They said that my account is only partially locked. (I can't buy stuff/download stuff)

They said in a little while, my account will be fully locked for during the investigation (I can't use it at all)

I'm really hoping this doesn't take 3 months like some of you :/

--although, I do have friends/brothers accounts to play on

Can't be done 'i'm afraid.A games save is locked to the account that played it so you would have to start again on the other account.

The problem is that I can't see this link on a locked account because Microsoft doesn't even let me go there. When I try to login, it says that the account has been locked. The answer didn't help me at all.

My entire account is locked i can't log in anymore it just says that my account is temporaly locked
