Account is in some weird content restriction state?

The account had its Microsoft account settings changed and when they were it technically made it a child account and placed player made content as restricted yet still let said account manage restrictions despite not doing anything to the account. Using a different account that would be an “adult account” also didn’t work as it wasn’t allowed to manage the supposed child account. I haven’t found anything to fix this issue and it has been more trouble than it’s worth to try and get Xbox support on my mobile device for some reason so this is my last resort.

Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/security then check and validate the security information from there?

You can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

* You can see and upload community creations
* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text
* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites
* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live
* You can create and join clubs
* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.
