    Account is gone and has been for months


    I have an account called Skooditch that uses my email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** that had all of my microsoft games on it. It's the account I used to get into minecraft which is why I'm primarily here. A couple months ago, I just couldn't sign in anymore. I could see the xbox icon and username of the account, but I couldn't sign into anything with it. I tried making a new account using the same email. It worked, and now that account is called skooditch1. The problem is, if I already had an account using that email, why am I able to make another account with the same email? This leads me to believe that my original account got deleted somehow, and it wasn't me who did it. I don't know how to get it back, or what's even wrong with it.

    Same issue here as well. My card shows the charge has gone through, but it shows as pending on my Microsoft account purchase history. If this issue hadn't occurred I would have been awarded the MYVIP perk for being subscribed to game pass for three months
    in a row. I'm hoping that I will still get that after this problem has been solved.
