Account is connected to Live but can't access anything

So this is a bit of an odd problem. My Xbox One is definitely connected to Live as achievements unlock and register on my account and I can see which friends are online. However I can't access the store, movies or anything. The only thing I see is the big
"Connect to Xbox Live" box which when I click it nothing happens. The odd thing is this issue is limited to my gamertag as if I log into my brother's account on the same console everything loads fine.

I can also access everything fine if I log into my gamertag on my 360.

Any ideas? Scratching my head with this one...

live Broken ?

What the heck is going on today, im connected to live but cannot access anything other than my friends list !!!!!!!!

1st , just try and sign out of your profile , then right back in...if its still acting up , try this below.....

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

im experiencing the exact same thing. It's dragged on for over a week now. Tried every solution suggested, with no success.

They shouldn't be allowed to let me buy a product which I can't Access. I bought Minecraft with my Microsoft Account. Now it's suddenly connected to XBOX live and I can't access it.

UNABLE TO ACCESS XBOX LIVE.

Suddenly tonight I can't run anything requiring xbox live. I'm prompted to check my connection. When I check my connection via the connection test in network settings everything is fine. The console connects to my router, to the internet and to xbox live
just fine. What gives?

Hi!

That's what I don't understand because the main account has Xbox live and that allows the three secondary accounts to have access to live. So we all have live. But only when the main account is logged in. I can't access any games that have been purchased by the main account unless the main account is logged in.

I've checked the Home settings and it is checked. But unless that main account is actively logged in, we can't use anything. I'm thoroughly confused.
