Account is bugged

Hello,

Since today every xbox one game one my profile has 0 gamerscore the 360 games are normal. It also deosn’t update new games to my profile or the right order of games which i play to my profile. Other accounts on the same console are NOT bugged.

What can I do to fix my bugged profile ?

You'll first want to check if your account is still under any more active suspensions. Log on to
http://enforcement.xbox.com and check your Enforcement history.

If your suspension is indeed finished, one known way to help restore your account is to try these steps in this order:

1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
2. Perform a power cycle.
3. Add your account back onto your Xbox again

Try removing the account from the console, do a hard re-start, then re add the account to the console.

 

Hi! This can happen sometimes and probably isn't caused by a bugged profile and instead rather by Xbox Live services that have temporary issues. If you experience the issue on your Xbox One, try to use xbox.com via browser or the Xbox app for mobile/Windows
10 instead in order to check if the bug occurs there too.

 

Jea the problem occurs too if I check it on my computer.

 

i have the same problem sice 2 weeks

The last two games were the walking dead and strange brigade I played but nothing is displayed.
just the bud spencer and terrence hill, which i played 3 weeks ago

On my girfriends profile (on the same console) everything works. How do you explain that ?
