Account is being spammed with invalid complaints. I haven't been online to communicate!

My account, , has been getting repeatedly spammed by invalid complaints from someone. I have received Multiple texts this week on my phone's xbox app telling me I have been received communications bans for violating policy. I have been at
work and not been online when these occurrences happen. I am being harassed. 16-17 days ago I received a comm. ban for responding in foul language to someone who was being verbally abusive and bullying others. I served my 14 day suspension and complied without
complaining. The very same day my account went back to normal (monday), I received another message that'd i had been reported, AGAIN. I had not spoke to anyone but friends on my app letting them know my account was able to join parties again. I received another
ban without warrant. I also filed for a review and it was declined. I never received an actual answer as to why this happened. So I am still unable to communicate with friends or send messages, even talk, to ANYONE. Today while at work, at 1:37 pm I received
yet ANOTHER message from the enforcement team saying I've violated policy for the same reason, AGAIN. It is literally impossible for that to have happened considering I haven't spoke to anyone in 17 days and have a new (UNJUST) ban. Zero due diligence has
actually been done to help my case when I've already served a punishment. Someone is tying intentionally to have me punished for something Ive done nothing to escalate. It's simply outrageous how horribly I have been treated by your staff. I have spent nearly
500-600 dollars on Xbox Live within the past couple months. For a service that I pay for, you are clearly insufficient in dealing with hackers or the prospect of customer security. Someone in charge needs to give me a call at (405)474-5239. I've already got
a phone number and left a message for the Enforcement team's personal line. Something needs to be done about this now. I've waited and waited and waited. I don't want to lose my account and the near thousand dollars worth of games just because some childish
person has a vendetta for me.

Communication Suspended

my younger brother was on my account and sent a message to someone who then I believe filed a complaint to Xbox. I now cannot communicate with party chat or send messages. I was wondering if it is possible to get the suspension lifted due to myself not being
responsible.

This situation has gotten out of control. I just now got home to see that I had been banned from even joining any online games, period. This is becoming so out of control i'm going to contact my attorney if i don't have this resolved. I have not been online
until 10 min ago, I get on to check.. and i'm banned. How in the world are you unable to tell me what the **** is going on with my account. I have thousands of dollars invested into this stupid paperweight and I'm not going to lose it without a fight. You
have already given me a 14 day suspension 17 days ago. then i get another one on Monday when I wasn't online (was at work), and while suspended (falsely 2nd time).. I get another one for the same thing on wednesday for a 3rd TIME but My communications have
already been revoked from the one on monday... see what i'm getting to?? You know I couldn't have done anything. I wasn't even home today at 1:37 FFS I was at the Office!!! FIX IT!!!

No. Though your reputation score can be impacted after accumulating legitimate negative feedback, spamming someone with unwarranted or baseless complaints (even from a large number of players) will not unfairly result in a lower reputation.

Indeed, only valid complaints/reputation reports count. If all members of the team report for team killing, then those are all valid, but any other friends reporting won't as they haven't played with the gamer.

False complaints can lead to the false complainer being given a suspension instead.

The two suspensions are not likely related. All complaints are investigated before being acted on. It is likely that you received the comm ban from one complaint, then received the account suspension for a completely different complaint. It takes time for
the enforcement team to be certain that a complaint is correct.

The thing is that I was able to get banned just for communication, so I should get banned for communication, but not for online games ... While playing online I did not do anything wrong ... And it is harming me and incomprehensible ... All the more so because
I spent money on it to play online, and now it was prevented me ...

In 12 hours will be two days, from the quiz and still nothing about the ban...

Sorry to hear about your problem.

The best thing to do is to open the offending GamerTag who is sending the SPAM and do the following:

Block Communications
File Complaint
Set your Privacy settings (under your Account settings) to Friends Only

Hopefully, this will curb the SPAM and discourage the phisher. Also, filing the complaint will red flag the phisher for the Enforcement Team.

No. i would only be for limiting Messages if the account has spam complaints on it. for the other stuff? Deal with it.
