Alright so my deposits aren't being made because I created my rewards account back in 2010 when my Xbox region was the USA now I'm in Brazil and therefore the errors of the deposits. I've been instructed to close my account and then ask for you guys to send
over the non deposited credits I got into the new account. Well I asked for closure of the account so I can open a new, thing is I haven't been unregistered yet, it's been a while since my request. Could you guys see what's happening? Thanks

Opting out of an old Rewards Account can take 2-4 days. Since you only recently opted out after your last post at (Account information update bug),
you still require more time to opt out.

Yes, when you switch gamertags to a new Microsoft account, all of your purchased content should transfer to the new account. If you run into any issues, please let us know.
