Account information gone

Hi,

Recently my microsoft account was deleted (I was active it just went gone) and i though it was a glitch so i maked a new account with the SAME email. But then I saw my info was really gone and i did the recover system stuf thing but no result.

So how can i get my information back or can i move it on my new account?

I don't like to give people bad news, but if your old account was hacked and deleted, nothing can be done. I'm really sorry about this.

Nothing can be transferred from accounts and you will not be able to restore games or purchases to this new account.

You can try to talk to Microsoft support, but they will tell you the same thing.

Have you gone to your account at account.microsoft.com and changed your billing information there to Australia or do you still have it set to the UK?
