    Okay, So I accidentally logged out of my account just to see if I can log in with my Skype Account but was having trouble getting back in. My current Microsoft account is under my mother's email which is an old email she had and my password is something that I don't remember or know. I'm having trouble getting into certain sites from Microsoft. I am temperally logged into my account on Microsoft and Xbox websites but certain features on the Microsoft website like password changing and email changing i'll need my email and password for. I've tried putting in a phone number to sign in with so it would make it easy for my self but I needed to sign in just to do that. I've also tried multiple times just to recover my account password and I put in all the infomation the site needed such as console type, purshases, If I used certain apps or sites from Microsoft, my gamer tag and device ID, I got an email different from my current Microsoft account's email but it said that I couldn't change it because it wasn't enough info or something. I've tried over 10 times just to recover my password but all I was gettign was the same email sayign that I couldn't change it. I've checked Xbox Assistant to see if anything happened with my account, there was something that was decaded to a suspicious looking for group that I made 46 days but I don't think that is the case. Not to long ago I tried recovering my account again I tried using my mother's new email to recover my account but she got the same email saying that I couldn't change it, She also tried for herself to help me but It was still showing the same email. I tried using the "Add or Switch" Option to try to reset my password but it showed an email associated with my current account that I don't know. I had this console this Christmas 2017 and I would usually use an email and password that I know or could remember. i just want to know what I can do as far as that.

    Update: After I wrote this, It randomly signed me back into my account, I still need to know what to do because I am still temperally logged in and I still dont know my info.

    Hey man, if you want official support on these matters, you should contact xbox support. Xbox.com/support is not necessarily a live team that can respond to changing error codes. Have you tried clearing the cache? That's a pretty simple fix for these type
    of issues. Select your hard drive with Y and select clear system cache when you get prompted with different device options. Also man, if you're getting this issue at sign in, and you are able to sign in at xbox.com or account.live, then its likely that your
    account may be blocked. Good luck in this man, try these steps and if it doesn't work, I gots some other stuff we can try.
