Transfering licenses u buy a game it your console get a lisence so any one can play and u get one

while trasfering licenses report stolen xbox to microsoft u find seriel numbers while trasfering and thay "should" block the old xbox of xbox live making it worth less

Start by changing your password on your account.

You then need to contact phone support and request an unauthorised access case.

However,a licence transfer cannot be done without a persons account details,so i would ask how they got them.
