Account Info, Error Code: 801901F4

I've been having some serious issues with my account. I sat down with xbox support numerous times and sat on call for 2 hours the other day trying to resolve an issue. I'll probably contact them again if I can't get it fixed.

This error code happens whenever I try to sign into my friends 360. I'm able to input email and password and click next after remember password and then the code shows up. I have also tried to use a flash drive with my profile and that also failed.

This issue could also be linked to me not being able to download any Xbox games I have purchased on the marketplace(which is the reason why I was talking to support so much).

Any idea on what this error code is?

My account has no issues according to support.

Instead of getting error code 8015B00E Im getting 801901F4. What is going on? Will I have to contact support again?

This has been going on for two days now. Can anyone help? I have gone through and removed and re-added all of my billing info. I can't find anything else out on this error.

I have no credit cards on my account and I have $1.27 on my account through Live Rewards. And I can't purchase $1 gold.

For threads this old please be sure to create a new thread rather than bumping older threads. I'm afraid there isn't an option to use your account balance for subscriptions. You'll need to use a different payment option to purchase Xbox Live Gold.
