account inactivated

Last week, I was hospitalized with pneumonia and COPD issues and was unable to login to my MS Bingo account for 5 days. Since returning to the game, I find I cannot receive or send gifts, can someone tell me how to get this lifted as I expect it was done
due to inactivity.

I dont log in regularly to MS Bingo and don't have any problems with the game, it could be a temporary issue. If you dont turn off your pc everynight try ahutting it down and restarting it to see if that helps.

Hi, I think that the best way to solve this issue is to contact the support and explain them the situation. the account should not be deactived after only five days of inactivity. You contact them here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us#2:2:0 (see
other option -> recover my account -> choose chat or call as you prefer)

Hi, you must wait for the Eraseing of inactiv Accounts. But it can be this mentiond inactive account is in use on another Microsoft Service like Bing for example
