Account i think was/is hacked

So my main account i believe was hacked. When i attempt to sign into my account it will ask for a password to an Email that doesn't belong to me or anyone who would have access to my xbox. When i select my profile it will display the correct Email but
then ask for password to the one that i don't recognize. We've called support but they either don't answer or it's a Robot that doesn't do anything helpful. The Microsoft account Has been messed with but we don't know to what extent, it was sending notifications
about things being changed but we haven't been able to do anything about it and Microsoft doesn't seem to want to help. This is the account ive had since i got my 360 when i was in 3rd/4th grade with 45,000 gamerscore and 170 games on it. I'd really like to
keep it and not have to repurchase or complete all the games again, not to mention all the microtransactions ive bought that I'd have to buy again. Really feel betrayed by this and I'd like to get some feedback on what to do from here. When we try to use the
Email associated with my account it says it doesn't exist and we've created a New one but can't do much with it.

my ONEM4DST0K13 account got hack and the person put a mod menu on it but now i cant get it back ive changed my password and tried to get it back just and it started working but then it said it couldnt be downloaded

yes I believe you are, call MS support and then wait and wait and wait probably going to take forever to get your points back.

This is a known occurance. It is a result of EA's site being hacked a few months ago, and people's Live accounts (which they link when signing up for the EA site) are being compromised.

You will want to call xbox support as soon as possible. If/when you get your account back, be sure to change your password immediately.

For others who have signed up for EA's site, if you used your WLID as your e-mail, but sure to change your password.
