Account holder changed, age gate in the way

My son stopped playing on his account about a year ago, and I currently play on the account. But I'm running into a few issues with the age of the account. In the past I've had trouble making purchases on Xbox One, but that has been resolved. I'm currently
participating in the Warface Beta, participating being used loosely. I started up the game and it says I cannot play the beta because of my account age. This has become very frustrating to endure considering I was pretty interested in the beta. I had this
same thing happen with the Battlefield 4 Beta and never got to try it out before it was released.

My point being, I need to change the age on my account, but there is no way to do it that I know of. I want to be able to play betas I signed up for.

EA have an age restriction for online play in their titles, you will need to wait until the account holder reaches the appropriate age to access online features for this specific game.

There is no way to change the age of the account holder, it is set upon creation of the account and is not adjustable.

 

Problem with parrent account

The age on the account cannot be changed. The only way to remedy this would be to create a new account with the proper age. Sorry for the confusion!

due to international laws an age of an account cannot be changed and minors are not allowed in m rated or rp rated trailers or betas or demos due to the advertising laws which demos and betas and trailers are considered ads

you will have to wait till the account turns 18 or simply create your own account with gold

 

Is there at least a way that allows the account to play these games? Because there is 0 chance I will get a new account.

 

Sorry but some game developers like E.A. have a minimun age requirement to play their games online so there's nothing you can do other than start a new account if you want to play the games you mentioned.

 

for m rated games even demos and betas and full games for EA you need to be actually 18 on the said account

 

I'm not sure about full games though. I own and play both Battlefield 3 + 4 just fine plus I was in the Titanfall Beta.

 

Sure it's 13 years or over for E.A's servers.
