Account Highjacking

How is my XBOX Live account being used (not me) ? I go to my recent activity page, and whaddya know, someone is using windows, Microsoft Edge to log on to my account. How in the hell are they doing this? Oh get this, they even passed security challenge one,
and two to reset my password. I NEVER use windows, or Micrisoft Edge. I am sick of this. I have to change my password EVERYDAY, because I am just logged off randomly of XBL during gameplay. Please help. Thank you.

no. you have to wait till it expires to get the full 12 months. just hold onto the card. personally though, i would use it now. its just a month. $5 isnt much of a waste. i would do this only cuz the longer the card is active, the more chance there is to
a code generator coming up with that code and someone highjacking it.

1.) To contradict the person above me, you may not have it's pretty dumb to assume that 99% of us are morons. I KNOW I did not enter my information in anything but my xbox and I still got hacked, plain and simple. I'm really tired of having this blamed on
me and I'm sure the rest of us are as well. It's a terrible ploy by Microsoft to get out of responsibility. Also, it will take MUCH longer than a month, it's a ridiculously terrible customer service botch job by Microsoft, I've been waiting over 3 months so
far with cases ranging to 6 months and longer.

2.) While I still doubt that a lawsuit would work, you DID NOT agree to the new terms and service. How could you, your account has been locked down, so please ignore the ignorant post above. Thank you.

1) You probably entered your Windows Live ID on a bad website. (You will say you didn't, and that may be the case, but 99% of you people do)

2) If you start a law suit, it won't go through because they are Microsoft and you agreed to the new CoC and ToC which (if you read) will tell you that you can not sue them.

@MODS 0R NAHH, just wondering did you get a notification when you logged onto your XBL account through your Xbox saying "This profile was last signed in on another console"?
