    im having alot of trouble recovering my main account [Doobiehead420] i cannot recover the password because i dont have access to the verification methods i plan on upgrading to the xbox one but i dont want to start all over again.

    Lost Password Solution     (Recover and reset your lost Microsoft account password)
    or
    Lost Account Solution     (Find your Microsoft account email address)

    If these solutions aren't the fix to your current situation then you will need to contact Xbox Support at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support and see if they can further assist you. However, please know that you not having access to the verification methods can be very difficult for them to validate
    you as the account holder.

    Hi,

    No one will be able to help for this here, your friend must connect to the Enforcement site and raise a case review if he is eligible.

    And by the way as he is responsible for his account, it doesn't matter if someone else was able to use it, the suspension will probably not be lifted.

    An account suspension would not suspend any other accounts on the console, but a console ban would. Console bans would not be listed on the enforcement site and there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them. You can try contacting support
    to see if they can check for a ban and to find out how long it is. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
