    Hi.

    I am a little bit unsure how much info to share here as i would prefer to call Microsoft directly as it has to do with my creditcard and so on but as it seems it is not possible i will try here in a descrete way.

    A few years ago i got myself (kids) a Gold acct, they use it frequently as we bought a game just a few days ago, then we had a lightingstorm that put an end to the life of our console. So i bought them a new (360). Now as we try to download our profile i
    cant remeber what email i used, nor can i track it from the console as it is dead, i do however have the gamertag and my cardinfo in the old one, that was created on the console (not on the internet). So i tried to get in for like a day and nowere is the acct
    to be found. So how can i reach someone that can track down the gamertag and tell me what email its connected to? I can easely verify myself as it has my creditcardnumber stored to it. Is there no place to call? or get support outside forums anyone can read
    ? or any other tip that will help us solve this issue.

    Hi,

    No one will be able to help for this here, your friend must connect to the Enforcement site and raise a case review if he is eligible.

    And by the way as he is responsible for his account, it doesn't matter if someone else was able to use it, the suspension will probably not be lifted.

    An account suspension would not suspend any other accounts on the console, but a console ban would. Console bans would not be listed on the enforcement site and there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them. You can try contacting support
    to see if they can check for a ban and to find out how long it is. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
