    Alright, so I would start a game and get disconnected.. It's happened before and I deleted and downloaded my profile. It worked. But now it's doing it again, and I've deleted my account again.. and downloaded it.. but whenever I try to sign in it asks for
    my email and password, so I enter it.. select remember.. and then continue from there. Upon entering my info and whatnot.. I get an error. "Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Code: 800705B4" I looked up the code and it has something to do
    with streaming music.. which I am definitely not doing..

    Anyone know a fix?

    Hi,

    No one will be able to help for this here, your friend must connect to the Enforcement site and raise a case review if he is eligible.

    And by the way as he is responsible for his account, it doesn't matter if someone else was able to use it, the suspension will probably not be lifted.

    An account suspension would not suspend any other accounts on the console, but a console ban would. Console bans would not be listed on the enforcement site and there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them. You can try contacting support
