    ACCOUNT HELP!!


    When I first registered my account it supposedly was a child account and one day it actually let me switch it to an adult account because it would always say that the service was temporarily unavailable. I recently found out that you can choose to customize
    your gamerpic for your account but every time I try it it always says that I have to be an adult account or I have to be older but I am 19.

    If anyone could help me resolve this issue IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

    ACCOUNT HELP!!

    If you changed the birthdate on your Microsoft account, that would not have changed your account to an adult account. The birthdate on your xbox account is permanent. There is no way to promote a child account manually it can only be done once the account
    comes of age.

    Hi,

    No one will be able to help for this here, your friend must connect to the Enforcement site and raise a case review if he is eligible.

    And by the way as he is responsible for his account, it doesn't matter if someone else was able to use it, the suspension will probably not be lifted.

    An account suspension would not suspend any other accounts on the console, but a console ban would. Console bans would not be listed on the enforcement site and there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them. You can try contacting support
