    Hello, Im new to this and need help please. I live in South Africa. I just purchased a Code for Gold Membership, I redeemed it on xbox 360 and its all good. I then bought another Gift Card code so I can purchase Madden 17. I redeemed this code on the pc
    to my microsoft account. It shows the available funds when I log into microsoft account, but it does not show on my xbox360 ($0.00 Avaiable). Is there a waiting period (because of the currency difference) or how can I go about getting Madden17?

    Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

    is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

    Strictly speaking, it's against the Term of Use to share account. We recommend creating a second account for this. Either way, changing the age is not possible. Sorry.

    when I came onto xbox.xom I hit sign in, my GT was already being used, by me, but microsoft made me make a winID, which I thought were supposed to link together and gave me the random generated name

    As far as changing my GT for free, ive tried to do that but when I use my GT it says its taken, cause i'm already using it, but it wont let me USE it... make sense?
