Account Help.. Please!!??

Hi, I just bought an Xbox One and am trying to sign into my profile so I can get my XP and stuff on games like FIFA. The email address I need it the one I'm posting from now.. I put that into the required box and it tells me that the email address is already
taken (obviously) and so I need to choose anogther one. However,it will let me sign into a profile which I used even before the one I want to use now! If anyone can help it'll be much appreciated. I don't want to lose what would basically be hours of playing
time because the console is being picky about an email address! Thanks!

Help. My account got hacked

My account has been banned from communications because someone hacked my account. Please help me.

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

Are you trying to sign into this profile here or create another one?

It sounds like you're in the 'create a profile' options if it's telling you the email address is already taken.
