Account has Been suspended. Need help!

Hello, i've recently had my xbox live account suspended due to issues with my bank, I lost my old credit card and couldn't pay at the time.

But today i've updated with my new credit card, but still my xbox membership is suspended. It also will not let me remove my old credit card information from payment options via xbox or on the website. When i click remove payment option it brings up
this error message.

You would need to contact Xbox Support for Billing as they will be be able to help you. If your Account has been suspended for Billing.

I've been on Xbox support nothing is coming up. I click the options and nothing shows at the bottom of the page. I also tried talking with a Xbox ambassador but the chat doesn't even load.

Removing the card doesn't solve outstanding balances

 

@TheevilJoker i live in the UK so giving me a number for the US does not help. @Ngocphi how do i make payment from my new card, whilst Microsoft is trying charge the price of £5.99 from my old card which no longer exists? I'm feeling very frustrated and
confused at the moment. If someone could give me the number for direct contact for xbox support in the UK it would be a great help, because the layout and problems I'm having with this online site is disgusting.

 

Goto account management and add payment option or add it via the console when you get the suspension msg which will take you to the payment option screen

If you do it via the website or commerce.microsoft.com and add payment method and then transfer balance or make primary payment method

I've just done it through Paypal, but it said something about auto renewal, will it continue to take the money out? Can i cancel that. I really don't want to go though with this again.
