Account has been suspended for outstanding payment

I have been working alot and when I just got home to jump online to play with my clan in a game, I get the message for credit card declined account has been suspended for outstanding payment. I know I updated my credit card before the end of 2014 which by
the way my credit card has just expired. I checked it and it had a credit card that I haven't had for 5 years on my account. No wonder it got suspended. Well I don't have a credit card which I can't pay for the outstanding balance and I didn't know my account
was suspended until I tried putting my prepaid xbox live gold membership code in. What can I do to get this resolved? Isn't something suppose to get sent to my email about this cause if so than I never received one email about this.

If you're able to post on this forum with the account that you believe to be banned, then you've not been banned.

Sounds like your account has been suspended due to a billing violation. You'll need to do one of two things: Update your existing payment instrument so payment for whatever is in decline can be resolved, or add a new payment instrument to your account and
the outstanding balance will be automatically transferred over on the the next cycle.

 

My account has been stopped from signing online

if you have an outstanding payment due on your account you won't be able to use it until the payment has been paid.

please note though if you do owe them money and the account is suspended, you will need to pay what is owed before they resume your full services.

 

Easy get another credit card or add your bank info

You cannot use your account again till you resolve the outstanding balance

Prepaid cards do not have money on them

 

Well I guess I won't be using my account again cause my bank info doesn't work and I can't get another credit card cause I've tried.

 

You can use a debit card or paypal instead of a credit card.

Either way,you would need to contact support for your region & pay the outstanding balance

Sorry you're upset. However you should contact phone support to get this resolved as only they can handle billing issues.

If you added a new card then it should have been set as your primary. They should be able to sort it out for you.
