Account has been lost

so my issue is that after resetting my Xbox and going through the set up process it has created this gamertag over my email meaning that I can't get my gamertag to be added as it brings this account that it has set up and all my games were bought on my account
that isn't the one it's coming up with.

Minecraft has been Lost!

The HDD in my computer which had Minecraft Windows 10 Edition on it has crashed and it is now gone. I was wondering if i could recieve a new code to reiinstall it on my computer. If so it would make me and my friends real happy. Thankyou.

More then likely the email you thought was associated with the original account was not the one that you used.

What you can do is contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them the gamertag for the old account and if they can verify ownership of the account they would be able to give the correct email thats associated with your original
account.

If something has happened where the gamertag associated with your WLID has changed
call customer support and ask about the gamertag that you did have. If there is a credit card attached
to the account see if there has been any suspicious charges. If there haven't been, have them walk you through recovering the account. If there have been charges have them open up and Unauthorized Access investigation to find out what happened.

TheAnimalGirl account is not on my console it was some how deleted. I checked WLID and it is connected to my email.

Is TheAnimalGirl still on your console? If so, open up account management and look under WLID. Is this the email address you are using to try to recover the account?
