Account Has been hacked

My Xbox account has been suspended for abuse and harassment. this is funny because i am the owner of this account and i haven't been using this account as i have been on a business trip over seas and my account has been hacked for the 3rd time now. why do
i have a ban when i am not even playing on this account ENFORCEMENT TEAM HELP also i have s[poken to Ryan .B from microsoft support and he said to come here.

Call support and file an investigation if you want the points back. Other than that I would recommend changing the password, secret question, and possibly the WLID email if you're concerned about someone knowing what that is as well.

My friend told me eariler than I was playing FIFA 12 the other day and I don't even own the game. Just checked my account and it said this profile was last signed in on another console and my MS points are missing. Checked my card details and nothing seems
to be missing from that at the moment. I've changed my passwords and set my console to sign in each time I use the account but i'm worried if they have my details or can sign into this account again. What is going on and what should I do?
