    After verifying my account they have gained access to my account

    i've tried so much but i can't seem to be able to get them off my account

    please help as fast as possible i'm forced to stay up preventing damage

    Call support and file an investigation if you want the points back. Other than that I would recommend changing the password, secret question, and possibly the WLID email if you're concerned about someone knowing what that is as well.
