Account has been accessed by someone unknown and caused suspension

Sorry to say but we couldn't help with any actions the Enforcement Team made. For These things All you could do is to go to enforcement.xbox.com.and check if the case is up for an review.

Even if the Xbox ID is not the ID of the console at home it could have been at a friends house where He was signed in or he shared his account information with someone.

I would recommend to change the security details on his account. In that case nobody exect him could access the account.

Please tell your brother not to share his password with anyone online. This has happened to younger players because someone promises them to level them up or they will get some rare loot. I find that there are people out there that exploit innocent and
trusting people for the purpose of hopefully scoring an account with a lot of digital games.

Please tell him not to tell anyone his personal information for they can use this to guess his password. Help him setup a stronger password one that uses Upper and lower case letters symbols and perhaps a different language and numbers.

This is becoming a game to people who believe they are hackers, but they are just targetting younger one. I hope your brother doesn't get traumatized by this.

Also you can teach him about being polite, sometimes people can report someone for typing in a word or saying stuff on a microphone which can be taken the wrong way. I have two little ones that have been suspended due to shouting and screaming profanities because
they are so passionate about a game. I talk to them each time, hopefully, they will learn to think before they speak.

Most young gamers think they can say something online and get away with it, but there is no such thing as being anonymous these days. So tell him to be mindful of what he says, because you never know if that other player's parents can hear him saying something
on their TV.

for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

Bans aren't handed out the moment something wrong is done, but later on.

So it could be something your little brother did and got banned for a few days or week later.

Go through the Microsoft account that the account is linked to and change its password as soon as possible. That may help short term. Set up security codes in the settings for the Xbox (there is literally an unlimited number of things you can set a passkey
for) and just watch him while he plays and be vary weary of who he interacts with online...if there's anyone phishing for data or anything. From what I've been hearing about on the forums lately there is a spike of trolls and people reporting fraudulent things
and what not and the other. This one is definitely serious if a child is involved. You can go online to account.microsoft.com and see your security and devices and profile when logged into the account tied to his. Just be careful you guys.
