Account Hacking ~ Someone please respond....

So for literally a week straight, I've been trying new ways to contact you to get something dealt with right away. I was told to post on here, there's no section for it, someone told me enforcement.xbox.com, there's no option there..... I even called and
spoke to a manager and to be honest, I am highly disgusted in the way you guys are treating cases like these. You have hard solid evidence on your end and yet I got told "The person with the transaction on his account has to call.". My accounts are being signed
in from different locations the past few days and have to change all my passwords.

ISSUE: This kid we use to play with, got onto another kids account and made 3 fraudulent purchases. 2 Destiny taken king legendary editions and 1 black ops 3 digital deluxe.

Now the kids dad called and got it refunded. Obviously no one else had access to his account so his dad never would of thought that it would be someone else on the account. The victims gamertag is
[Mod Removed] and the hacker has a few gamer tags, [Mod Removed] (r something like that),
[Mod Removed], and the newest one is [Mod Removed].

Now when my stuff started getting logged into after I originally started finding a way to report him, it got personal. This is a mass breach of security and confidentiality... Why the hell is Microsoft saying, I can't report him because the purchases weren't
on my account. I've been with xbox for the past 8/9 years, and playing live for at least 6 now. I never had any security issues with xbox and actually loved xbox and their support throughout xbox 360. You had customer service that checked into stuff on the
phone for you and did the appropriate action within a few hours. Now if you're not the victim, the player gets away with everything?

If this complaint does not get through and this person gets console banned, then I am basically done with xbox and will switch over to PS4, not to be rude but I really won't feel safe anymore playing on xbox. I have a video of this kid purchasing the games
on the victims account, you can check how the victim cancelled the 3 purchases, all purchases from the console ID of the hacker i said above, there is no need for the victim to call. He is 13, he's scared to call you guys because he's already grounded from
all those purchases on his dads card.

I'm 21, and like I said, if this doesn't get dealt with soon, I won't be coming back to xbox. I have lots of things in my emails, bank information, school information, credit card information, etc.

What this player is doing isn't just fraud but it is a felony. This is a legal matter, so you guys need to just verify the victim got refunded the purchases, look at the console ID it was purchased on and compare it to the hackers gamertag provided above.

I really hope you guys take action on this now, because it's been over a week and it seems like Microsoft just doesn't want to deal with it and that it's alright for people to do this. I'm going to keep calling and going on the live chats daily until I get
some good news saying appropriate actions have been taken and this guy is console banned. Microsoft ensures security and privacy? Well by the way everyone's been handling this case... You clearly don't care about the players.

*P.S Please don't take this in a bad way, I really do love Microsoft and Xbox but this is just ridiculous how this case is being handled... On 360, all I would of had to do is call and it would of been done then and
there. Also the people I talked to on the phone were very polite and nice, but once again really didn't show that microsoft cares about their players by their response.*

Newly created silver account........ I question the validity of the "claim". I also question the OP's motives for creating said new account just for the purposes reporting someone....OP most likely has something to hide himself.

 

In order to report another user, you have to report them through the console. There is no other way. Calling out other gamertags is not allowed on the forums. You can find out how to do that here -
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo It would be best to report them from the account that was compromised so the enforcement team can see what happened.

 

That's what I originally did... But when you look at the options, it doesn't fit into anything categories. And Originally I had no idea this wasn't a moderator approval thread so that was my bad. And like I said, the kids grounded so he can't report. Nonetheless,
Microsoft needs to step up their game. Victims console or not, I am scared for my security, my clans security and other online players security... This isn't a small Issue here, and they should at least put a Misc. section to report players on consoles...
