Account hacked!

so after doing the failed link game for a week I realized no enforcement action would be hidden from history leaving me with being hacked. My gamer score was reset and locked like enforcement but no history no answers or records with the team so I'm out
130k because a hacker mimicked enforcement. ITS NOT IN HISTORY need to make that clear cuz every time I post I get a link to my history where it is NOT

people don't need to change email address when compromised, they need to change password and make sure they have proper security... that includes not using passwords on more than one service, if one service is compromised all those details are sold.

Someone in another country will pop up with it, even if it takes years to happen. My skype password took approximately 4 years from compromise to have someone log in and use it.

This app makes you click approve when logging into websites, and it's instant once you click "accept" the website will load in normal.

Any devices that don't work with the app like xbox 360 will have you go to website once to create a password (it will generate a password that isn't easy) and you use that on those devices to login with your normal user name.

Last year almost 1 billion got paid out. That was a huge jump from 2015 where only 32 million was paid out. With a jump like that Im sure it will grow even more.

If there is nothing showing on your
Enforcement History page, then your only other course of action is to post on the 09 - Xbox 360 Account Suspensions & Console Bans or 13 - Xbox One Account & Console Enforcement Actions to try and get an answer from the XBLPET. I've also escalated a concern
about forced gamer tag and gamerscore resets not showing on the Enforcement History page but I haven't heard any updates back on that yet.

 

Posted on both of those before one several times all of them got "go to history and challenge it" I need help not the run around

 

In those post did you mention that you had nothing on your Enforcement History and you could not submit a Case Review? If not, I would try and create again specifically stating this.

No problem. There's always a few bugs that pop up when a system goes live. The discussion you have with an XBLPET member now will be what you will need to continue for this issue.

 

How do I get ahold of them cuz this forum is all I can do to adress this issue because it Dosent show in the history

 

The forums I linked in my first post is the only other way aside from the Enforcement History page when there is a Case Review option.

-.- sry but I'm having trouble with my gamer score as ive said several times. just got off the phone with support and they cant help they say post here whatta ya know. now everyone says you guys are the ones that can help so stop redirecting me to places
that cant help and actualy help me get my GAMER SCORE back or atleast give me a pardon for a specific date and time while I live chat for confirmation so I can go in and I can fix it.

 

You've been misinformed. We are all just gamers like yourself. We cannot do anything to help other than direct you to the proper place to get help.

If your gamerscore issue is due to a reset you'll need to contact the PET at the enforcement page linked above.

If you believe your account was compromised then you'll need to call support and open an Unauthorized Access Ticket as I posted earlier.
