    My account randomly got hacked and changed my old account (same email as the new one) with theirs and then removed the account, so now what? luckily, i had a purchase with the old account before it got hacked, is there anything i could to recover it?, i still got the hackers email so that could help.

    Hello again, the other way would be to contact Xbox Support and request an ATO (Accont Takeover).

    The problem with this form is that I need to enter the email for my account I am trying to sign back into, but I unfortunately cannot because when I do it says that my account does not exist. Is there any other way to get my account back?
