Account Hacked, Then Banned! Please help me!

I believe that my profile was mistakenly banned. I did recieve the email about why my profile was banned, but I can honostly say that I am innocent. I did not do what it said i did, someone hacked me. My account must have
been phished and used to get others as well. I have always followed the Code of Conduct, please take some type of action to help me get my account back. I am the victim, this account is special to me!

The email said, "This email is to notify you that your Xbox Live account privileges have been permanently suspended due to account theft, attempts to extract account information from other players, and/or attempts to use the
Xbox Live service for commercial purposes. This conduct was discovered in your profile, your activities, and/or your communications and has been determined to be severe, repeated, and/or excessive.

Why we enforced

The conduct that caused this suspension may include but is not limited to:

• Offering to trade Xbox Live subscriptions, accounts, game content, game modifications or other services for Microsoft Points or money or other instruments of value
  
• Asking for another player's login, password, or personally-identifiable information, or sharing links to content that asks for personal information
  
• Unauthorized access or recovery of another user's account"

Help. My account got hacked

My account has been banned from communications because someone hacked my account. Please help me.

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

If you believe your account was compromised, you would need to contact support and have them run an unauthorized access investigation. If they find that whatever happened while your account was out of your control, there is a chance the enforcement team
can reverse the banning, but that doesn't always happen.
