Account hacked!!! Poor support on phone!

Hello, my name is Tos*****i Y***o. I am contacting you in regards to a few things. First I would like to let you know how fed up I am with the way I have been treated by Microsoft. I contacted XBox Microsoft Support about my gamertag "FOTUS" I have
lost back in 2003 because of a fire. At the time there was no Microsoft account on it because it was not a requrement for the account, I did however have a email associated with the account that was compromised and a old phone number that is no longer active
in my name due to moving to the USA. The update came out and I could not download my account when I got my Xbox 360. I was told there was a grace period on all V1 Gamertags to renew the subscription or the account would be lost. I did not know that I had to
renew the account with it having the Xbox Live Gold for life on it. I had purchased it on the account for $299.99 I believe, I do not recall the price for sure but i know it was expensie recovery process in 2005 to get my account downloaded and they told me
the account has been deleted and we had a grace period to renew the subscription, and I argued to them about my gold for life on it, so I didnt need to renew the subscription. They told me that It was too late and I needed to wait a couple years before it
was able to be recycled. I was respectful and had agreed to wait a couple years. The same thing had happened a couple years later. I was told the process takes seven years, so i waited five more years for my account. It has now been ten years I have been waiting
and no one has given me my account back. I now have called in well over one hundred times for my account and most of the time I got the "Run around" saying "Well I dont know what to tell you" as well as people lieing to me. They had told me that they would
"Call me back in a week, or the next day about my account so i can get it back" and they NEVER did. I recall on one of the calls i called in and spoke with a femaile rep who was one of the rudest, heartless person I have ever spoken to, she stated "I have
lost a friend to, you do not see me crying over a gamertag! Get over it." I then blew a fuse. My friend
[Mod Removed] had died for me saving me in that fire I had previously mentioned. He made the gamertag with me and it is all I had left of him. I have no pictures of him, he had no family, I have nothing but this gamertag left.. It means to
much for me to be disrespected over and to "Just forget about it" I had sent it to the escalation team many times, I had finally gotten an approval to have my account back, the thread is below:

As you can see, they had approved me to get my account back. So i then called "Justin K." from Advocacy, at Tel: 1.866.425.9899 Ext: 1144730. as this would normally speed things up. He stated to me on the phone about denying my FOTUS account (SRX12********911ID
)because i didn't have the original console ID from the xbox due to the fire. He read the story again after I told him the reference number where I was approved(SRX12*******8ID) and had said "He will make sure I will not get my account back". A few days later
i then get a new email from the escalation from the reference number where i was approved (SRX124185******) saying that they will not help me get my account back. I was extremely mad about this and sent this message to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

"Hello, I am very dissatisfied in Microsoft right now! Back in 2003 was the last time I had my account "FOTUS". I made the account with a friend named Sacha, who died in the fire that also burned the xbox. I have no pictures of him and he had no family
at all. I have been trying to get my account back since 2005 when they canceled my account due to inactivity. I couldn't re download my account because I didn't remember all of the email. It was Toshinori**** and I can't remember the rest from there. It's
been a long time. I was told by Microsoft escalation I could have it back, all I needed to do was to create a new account and give them my new xbox console ID so they can associate it with my old gamertag so I can get it back. An employee told me to get over

ten years for it!!! and still no one has gotten it back for me, my friend who saved me and unfortunately died saving me made the gamer tag with me so It has significant meaning behind it and it is not the same with numbers or other words. The email and phone
number are no good on it anymore due to them being inactive for numerous years as well the account is deleted. I am contacting you to see if you could please give my gamertag back to me, tried soo many times now and everyone has been giving me the run around
about it! I am sorry if I am sounding rude, I do not mean to. It's that I am tired of getting the run around and people not helping at all, I've had xbox support telling me multiple times that they would call me back again at a later time, I have had them
hang up on me as well as sending me back to the support number after telling them they won't help me. All I want in my gamer tag "FOTUS" back... That's all.. Thank you in advance if you help me."

I then got an email directly from "Justin K." again, he had denied me right away within a few hours of sending the email to "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" I find it kind of funny that it was again sent to his hands after i was told that it is random who selects the email. He
said he was closing the case as the issue resolved even though it IS NOT! I was told the last time by him, that he could give it back if i had the console ID, but he knows I do not have it anymore because of the fire, and he said he refuses to give it back

My name is Justin and I'm with the Xbox Listening and Advocacy Team at Microsoft. I am responding to the email you sent in asking to recover the gamertag Fotus. I spoke with you in the end of April on a previous escalation to attempt to gain access
to the gamertag in question. The gamertag you are requesting is not in a recoverable state. As stated before we are unfortunately not able to recover the gamertag for you. When the account had expired the gamertag expired with it. Some original Xbox gamertags
have been recycled for reuse. This may have been why the representatives suggested to try to get the gamertag back at a later date. I am not able to manually release it or guarantee that it will eventually be released. If it does eventually get released it
will go back to the gamertag population of available tags. This means if it gets recycled the first person to change their gamertag to it will get it once available. I apologize I didn't have better news. I will now close your case as resolved. Once the case
has been closed it will end this email thread. If you need assistance in the future our support team can be contacted at 800-4MY-XBOX or by navigating to www.xbox.com.

I have been trying to get what Is mine for a long time, many of my friends have even resent friend requests to my Gamertag "FOTUS" again. I have made many other gamertags such as "FOTUS Frenzy" and It is nowhere near the same. I cant add numbers or
letters or spell it with another word or so, it is not the same. I have nothing of my friend anymore, he was everything to me, and he is gone. I have no pictures or even famliy of his to remember him by. the gamertag "FOTUS" is all. I am asking that I get
my gamertag FOTUS back and my xbox live gold I had purchased because of all the trouble you all had given me as well so I have it to honor his name. Please give me whats mine, thats all i ask. Attached are the emails that were all sent to me I am very tired
of having to wait ten years only to be lied to continuously and to be given the runaround. Please give me back the gamertag and if you can give me my live for life or at least give me the 300 worth of live on my account for all of the trouble then I will be
forever grateful. That would take care of the money I lost due to them falsely stating about the deleting gamertags if the gold subscription was not renewed, because i had it for life as you will see in the emails as their defense on why they didn't give me
my gamertag due to the grace period of renewing the Gold subscription reminding you I had gold for life purchased. I would like you to contact me ASAP thank you -Tos*******ri Y****o

If your account was hacked you should contact Xbox Support by phone and they will setup and unauthorized access investigation on your account.

Also please make sure to contact Xbox Support by phone as they will need to start an unauthorized access case on the hacked account.

 

You sort of gave away your lie. You will not get the account. There is no such thing as "lifetime Gold" with the exception of Stallion83 receiving it from Microsoft. Never was such an option.

 

xTye's right.I've been around since xbox live started & the only time i've ever heard of a lifetime xbox live gold membership was when Stallion83 was given one a few months ago..

There also is no time period as to if or when a gamertag would be recycled.

If the gamertag was recycled & someone else has it then there is nothing you can do to get it i'm afraid.

 

It actually was available for a short time for the V1 xbox and other Microsoft employees can even vogue for that, and as well please do explain how my account is still on gold as well then? And the gamertag is still under my name and everything. Around
ten years ago the gold for life was a limited time thing, just because you don't remember it does not mean it wasn't there. So please again don't be so rude, lying isn't something I'll do.

 

When they did the conversions over to the Xbox 360, lifetime gold that people did have was reimbursed, and it was not something that offered any longer, all I want is my gamer tag back

 

There are multiple articles out there that reference Stallion83's gifts from Xbox and they all say the same thing.

"The other gift is something Microsoft has never given anyone else. Hryb handed Cox a box that inside contained the first ever lifetime Xbox Live Gold membership."

So unless you have some proof, you must be mistaken.

 

We are not being rude at all or accusing you of lying.We are just saying that there has only ever been one case of a lifetime xbox live gold membership.

I've had a good look around & this is still the case.
