Account hacked now I'm banned, why?

About a month ago or so my Xbox account was hacked and fraudulent charges were made to my card, I contacted Customer service about the issue, escalations ddepartment was notified and my money was credited back. After this occurred I had to contact customer
service again as to set up extra security on the account, I spent about an hour and a half on the phone with someone only to have the account permanently banned approximately 10 days later. I'm not sure why the account has been banned when the hack occurred
by someone else and not I. I can tell you that the one whom hacked the account was bragging about doing so and charging money to my credit card after doing so. This was a little boy,thatthat my son played online with many times. I need to know what has to
be done in odder for my son to regain all of his achievements and things from the gamertag that was hacked?? Please help!! His old gamertag was RYAN9119.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

When a gamertag is banned you forfeit any remaining live,dlc etc. linked to that account.

 

If you truly believe your account wasn't in your control, then you cam contact phone support and open an Unauthorized Access complaint. They will lock your account while they investigate. I wish you all the luck in getting it back
