Account hacked, Need help.

So about an hour ago, My account was signed in on another console and I asked my buddy if he went on but he hasn't in days. So I am pretty upset at this and changed my password and everything but I want proper actions to be taken. This is hacking and it
is illegal and wish they get console banned as well as a perm account banned if gamertag is found. I have talked to Xbox support and was told to post here so here I am.

Technically your account cannot be hacked.

Its much more likely that either the modded lobbies you have been frequenting, or maybe the software you used to alter your account, has somehow allowed someone access to it.

I am sure your reply will be "but i haven`t been modding", but its very easy to see that isn`t true.

 

I won't even say anything because you have no idea how long I had my xbox for nor how many hours I game on xbox. But long story short, yes I did earn all my achievements and no I don't go into modded lobbies. I actually got tired of all the people modding
and hacking on 360 which is why I don't play on there anymore and I am playing on a Xbox One since day 1. Please do not reply to this with your un-necessary comments especially if you don't know the person. But thank you for letting me know support was wrong
I will be checking further in with them.

 

Must have been some day when you completed about 20 games at once.

Its a real skill to manage 1000hrs worth of gaming into 24hrs.

 

You clearly have modded achievements on several games.

You can deny it all you want but it's easy to see.You can expect a Gamerscore reset sometime in the future.

 

And so be it. They can do what they want but I will fight the case. I have not once to my knowledge tampered with my account in any way shape or form so I have nothing to worry about. Maybe you should stop flaming on peoples posts for no reason? That be
appreciated.

If you feel that your account was accessed by someone other than yourself you should contact phone support and open an unauthorized access case.
