Account hacked, Microsoft unhelpful - This is ridiculous at this point

My account was hacked nearly TWO WEEKS ago. I have submitted recovery form after recovery form, I've jumped through hoops, providing emails and passwords and names on credit cards and device IDs, but still Microsoft has done NOT A THING! I mean, they haven't even locked the account to get the hacker out of it! And now, the hacker has turned on two-step verification, meaning that now the account recovery forms are ignored! I was told I would hear back in 24 hours. 48 hours later, I get told 3-5 business days. This is ridiculous. I have had this account for over seven years. I have access to the email it was associated with; why is it not as simple as verifying that? I can list things only the account owner would know. What is taking so long? And more importantly, when does this change? Looking on Reddit, Quora, and Microsoft's own forum, there are stories upon stories of accounts being hacked and not being recovered. Microsoft is one of the biggest companies in the world, and they ought to be ashamed.

Hello, sad to say been around XBox since day one and NEVER heard of a hacked account being returned. I know if you try account recovery it will send the account info to your email associated with account. With that 2 step verification on I'm not sure how that will work. I would keep pursuing and see what happens. Make sure you remove all of your personal info from off of your Microsoft.com site. I.E: credit/debit cards and billing address. Cancel any reoccurring subscriptions you might have going.

1) I have done the recovery forms multiple times

2) I can't remove personal info because I can't log into the account. The hacker changed the email and password.

If MS was hacked, you'd hear about it. What is likely happening is that people use the same information on the PSN and poor account security, accounts are easily attackable at this point. Your situation may not fit the mold, but to call a sensationalist
title into it is ridiculous.

Mine was migrated to Russia on October 25th and had 1200 points spent. Reported it the same day. Stlil waiting.

Ridiculous that these UAIs are taking so long, and even more absurd that so many people are STILL getting hacked/accounts stolen today.
