    Hello.

    I’ve tried contacting support, enforcement, called numerous times only to be told to appeal my suspension. Which I did AS SOON as it happened.

    No response 2 days later and it’s up tomorrow.

    Basically my profile has been hacked, I’ve explained that so many times and not been heard out, I’m serving a second suspension that isn’t even my fault and who knows if it’ll happen again. I’ve put an Authenticator and all kinds of other security on my account.

    Xbox Support has assured I’m safe but was still able to get suspended.

    There’s no help in the Xbox Support community. Enforcement doesn’t really hear you out and by the time they do, your suspension is already likely up.

    I’m losing days I have to pay for, for things that aren’t even my fault.

    There has to be a better system or process to all of this because I’m pretty frustrated.

    I’ve been nothing but respectful and tried to get help and instead have been punished for things out of my control.

    I’ve had my account for 10+ years and I don’t even want to give Microsoft anymore money after the way this situation has been handled.

    There’s no support.

    And I understand there’s only certain people that handle the suspensions but with a company that makes as much as they do, you’d think there was a better process.

    Hello, The first thing i would do is create a 6 digit PIN on my Xbox account, I would also make sure 2 factor authentication is active on my Microsoft account. You can set a Paskey on your xbox account through settings. You can enable 2 factor authentication through Microsoft Account Security settings. You should also use the Passwordless security method on your account using the Microsoft authenticator app on your phone.

    Since enforcement doesn't do anything about it does that mean we just start a riot? Please I did not do what the hacker did on my account and after the unauthorized access you tell me that I was doing what the hacker was doing and suspended me. My point
    is after being hacked and losing my gamertag from a hacker selling my gamertag on a online website I get suspended from my own account because of a hacker's actions. These are not my actions these are the actions that were on my account from the hacker that
    stole my account. Because of the poor security in your system for retrieving EMAILS....AT&T/VERIZON/COMPANY PHONE LINES.... the FRAUD department. Is there a FRAUD department in here? Where and who may I speak to about this please?

    Hello enforcement I was suspended from my account I don't know why my xbox live account was suspended I'm only 14 I don't know how to hack I was suspended I was playing black ops 2 with my friends and some hacker was in my lobby and he put godmode on me
    and my friends we immediately left the game because we knew something like this was going to happen then I was the only one to get suspended from my xbox live account if I could get my account If I could get my xbox live account back my gamertag is XxxKi113r19xxX

    You'll need to reach out to the Chat/Phone teams for further investigation into any account with unauthorized access. They would be best to assist with that further since they'll have the best information regarding any investigation.
    I posted on xbox.uservoice which is what the chat/phone teams told me to do since they cannot further investigate and only the enforcement team can. The gamertag of the account is "AllahByeBye" I bought Xbox Live... and day later I get hacked due to a flaw
    in the security info for a phone number code after AT&T Employees/Hackers tampered with my phone line and disconnected it from my device. Therefore, retrieving my SIM card on their device and using it as a way to hack into my xbox account through email security.
    In all of this the hacker was soliciting my belongings and I reported it to the unauthorized access team which then sent it to the enforcement team. After this the enforcement team suspended my account for solicitation.
