    Hello. My sons account has been hacked by WinterEgg524979. My issue is now when I log into my sons XBOX account on my PC my sons gamertag has been changed to WinterEgg524979. My question is how do I change it back to my sons gamertag? Or has my total account
    been compromised and I should cancel this account and create a new one? Thanks in advance (and yes the charges made to my credit from this user have been resolved!)

    Hey Homedog, Unfortunately the only way to get your gamertag changed is if your account was hacked or the gamertag violates the Code of Conduct. If your account was hacked I would advise calling Xbox support first thing in the morning. If your account wasn't
    hacked you still have the option to pay 800MSP to change it your self.
