Account Hacked - Gamerscore Reset

Hello,

My account was unwillingly hacked on 5/9/2010, where a hacker bought up to thirteen games with my credit card and modded my gamerscore offline. I was ultimately refunded these charges, but, consequently, had to cancel my credit card and access to all the
game licenses tied to my account was lost. I posted this dilemma on the 09 - Xbox 360 Account Suspensions & Console Bans Xbox.com forum section in January 2014 titled "Gamer score reset" under my then STROKINmyKANKLE profile name, asking if the game licensing
ban can be lifted and my gamerscore reset to the score it was before 5/9/2010. I received and responded to a reply from XBLPET Julie on 1/7/2014 who asked what the gamertag associated with the account in question was, but was never notified of a possible solution.
I am still left wondering if my situation can be resolved and hope to hear from you soon.

MY ACCOUNT GAMERSCORE RESET?

This gamertags gamerscore was reset to 0, when a few years ago i had 16000 legit gamerscore which took me a while to get, however my account was unfortunatley hacked and i guessing some sort of profile modification was done to the account as it got reset.
However this was not my fault i dont know how i got hacked i just want my gamerscore on the original games back please!!!?

a few years ago i was hacked and the guy ho hacked me used a mod to change my gamerscore. i managed to get my account back but all my gamerscore was reset back to zero. ever since i havent been able to get gamerscore on the games that were reset is there
a way to fix this. i have spoken to microsoft support and they redirected me here.

 

The enforcement team no longer use the forums.

As this happened so long ago there's nothing anyone can do.

Once a Gamerscore reset is issued it is never reversed.
