Account hacked Gamer score change what do I do.

About a month or two ago I noticed someone got on my 360 because of the message that pops up about someone on another console on my account and I having been no where and no body knows my password and stuff so I changed my password and thought I got hacked.
I took off my credit card and noticed my gamer score when from 80000 (or close to in maybe more or a little less) to 140000 ( or close to or maybe more or a little less). I added everything up and it added up to around 115000 Gamerscore so I didn't understand
and some of the games I never even played or owned so I was confused. so I know got hacked. But then things got worst and know it said I only have 10000, all I want is my 80000 it took me a long time to get that much and I don't know how I will get that much
again, for a long time.

Please contact phone support in your region (support.xbox.com/contact-us) and ask to open an Unauthorized Access claim.

So recently , i found that someone used my xbox live account to buy 5000 microsoft points by hacking into it. They bought a bunch of stuff including 2 films and 2 arcade games, I've since then changed passwords and removed payment options. It happened while
I was out and now I'm trying to get the money refunded for it, how would i go about this?

 

If you haven't already, you may want to contact support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation.

Unfortunately, there is no way to have your gamerscore reset to what it was. If a gamerscore is reset, it is completely reset to 0. It is not possible to have just a portion reset.
