Account Hacked, can't get back in

A fradulent purchase was made on my xbox account for $60. I can not get back into my account through any means at all. I have access to the connected email account but it has still locked me out.

I need to talk with a microsoft representative and can't find a phone number.

I'm absolutely furious that it is not easier to find some one to talk to. I tried talking to a "fellow xbox gamer," and after wanting to pull my hair out,reexplaining over and over again my situation, she finally understood my situation and said "sorry
I can't help you out" and then she ended my chat without help regarding escalating my case.

It has been more than 24 hours since I put in a request to escalate my case and no response.

What do I do?

I understand your dilemma and it stinks, but unfortunately support is probably dealing with things as all companies are during this epidemic. I had a rewards issue myself recently and it took them several days before they were able to get back to me.

I am locked out from signing into my profile. I can't complete step 1.

I have 2 step but my second email is dead and gone so I can't change it. I legitimately have a special case and need pretty much everything related to my profile reset. I have the card related to purchases and the email account associated with the account

I can't answer stupid questions like my favorite fictional character and I can't access my dead grandpas email for dual factor authentification.

I have tried this so much, its not even funny. The xbox friends don't work and there's no quick way to get a phone call from a rep. Can you give me the best algorithm to get a phone call from a rep?

Either way, I'd still like a phone call from an agent and this is totally not a solution. Pretty much every response I've had has been "sucks to suck" and its tiring. I want to speak to a rep.
